Black and brown young people face the opportunity gap, which represents a significant disparity in academic performance, educational attainment, and access to opportunities.

We support young people in identifying and exploring career paths by creating content to bring dynamic and interactive learning to students through workshops. We provide a healthy and inclusive space and offer relevant content that encourages innovative thinking as they discover the path that is right for them.
Our why
Seeing a need for innovative, non profit work in the Atlanta area, we formed our organization to provide efficient and effective solutions to address the opportunity gap for students of color.
